Angels of Mercy is a registered charitable organization that operates yearly from November to May. The Angels of Mercy’s goal is to provide healthy meals and warm clothing to the homeless people who frequent the parks in the downtown core of Montreal. Our non-profit organization presently serves the ‘Parc Emilie Gamelin’ behind the Berri DeMontigny Metro Station in downtown Montreal.
The Angels of Mercy volunteers love what they do because they see that every Sunday they can make a difference in the world and help people. It is truly a heartwarming feeling.
We would like to thank our generous donors and our volunteers who have stepped up to take on tasks to help realize our mission.
Our partners make our mission possible through their sponsorship.
From November to May, the Angels of Mercy volunteers head out every Sunday to the Emilie Gamlin Park at the corner of Berri & St. Catherine streets to help those in need. Your generous donations help us provide the homeless people with hot soup, lunch bags, clothing, hygiene kits, new gloves, hats, scarves, socks, underwear and much more.
The Angels of Mercy volunteers believe that this appreciation gives them a heartwarming sensation through providing happiness to another human being. Homeless people in Montreal appreciate the love and effort that the Angels of Mercy volunteers have to offer. They feel compassion, trust and reassurance that everything will be alright.
